Particular attention was given to exterior detailing and outdoor living spaces, where sequencing and craftsmanship played a key role. The focus remained on maintaining design integrity and delivering a cohesive result that reflects the intended style and level of quality.

Located in one of Irvine’s most prestigious communities, Sage Creek is a Spanish-inspired estate defined by warm architecture, refined craftsmanship, and a layout built for true Southern California living. From curated interior finishes to inviting outdoor spaces, every element of the home was designed to feel timeless, comfortable, and elevated.
Under the project management of LD Builders Corp, Leonard Dunn oversaw the build with disciplined coordination and hands-on leadership, ensuring the project stayed organized and executed to a high standard through every phase. Special attention was given to the exterior detailing and outdoor living areas, where sequencing, finish quality, and trade coordination play a major role in the final result.

Thibert and Maisons and Roman James Design and interiors by Sudi Jelveh of Barclay Butera Interiors, Sage Creek reflects a fully curated vision… classic Spanish and Mediterranean influence paired with a clean, modern luxury feel.
