Port Stanhope is a full interior and exterior remodel in Newport Beach, taken down to the studs and rebuilt with a focus on clean execution, timeless finishes, and craftsmanship you can feel in every room. This was not a surface refresh. It was a complete transformation designed to elevate both the function and the overall character of the home.

LD Builders, Corp. led the remodel, coordinating all phases of demolition, reconstruction, and finish-level execution. The scope included extensive detail work throughout the home, including custom wainscoting, refined trim and millwork, and a room addition designed to feel seamless with the original architecture.

The design process began with Ivy Glore Unique Design Studios, establishing the aesthetic direction and concept. Concept Design OC later stepped in to complete the design process and finalize selections, helping bring the vision across the finish line with cohesion and polish.
